What is Leasing?
Leasing (financial leasing) is a financing method that ensures that the ownership of an investment property remains with the leasing company, and the right of use is given to the lessee in return for the determined rents and that the ownership is transferred to the lessee at the end of the contract period specified in the contract.
Leasing Advantages
- Thanks to leasing, the business can determine longer-term and flexible repayment plans suitable for cash flows.
- Dividend portion of the rent paid is written off by the lessee as an expense for the periods to which they belong.
- Depending on the firm’s tax situation (if it provides a VAT balance payable), the cost of the fund may be more attractive than other financing method costs.
- With the Sell and Lease Back model, the firm can sell its fixed assets to the lessor (Kuveyt Türk) and make alternative investments with the fund source, use the said property by leasing back, and become the owner again at the end of the contract.

- If you accept the offer, send the proforma invoice, application form and necessary documents.
- Your leasing application is evaluated and the results of the evaluation are sent to you.
- The leasing contract is signed, the operation process begins.
- The seller delivers the goods to you, Kuveyt Türk passes the payment to the seller.
- During the rental period, you pay your rent, and at the end of the lease, you can take over the property.
